Nevique Shopping Guidelines (India)
To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience on Nevique, please follow these key guidelines:
1. Account Creation
- Create an account using a valid Indian mobile number and email.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
2. Product Listings
- All items listed include taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Images are for reference only; actual products may slightly vary in color or design.
3. Order Placement
- Verify your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number before confirming the order.
- Orders once placed cannot be modified. You must cancel and place a new order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days based on location.
- Free shipping may apply above a certain cart value (as updated on the site).
5. Return & Exchange
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
- Certain items like cosmetics, innerwear, or personalized goods are non-returnable.
6. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the “My Orders” section.
- Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation.
7. Support
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp for any order, product, or refund-related issues.
- Operating hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
Nevique Payment Mode Policies
Nevique offers secure and flexible payment options for Indian customers:
1. Available Payment Modes
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
- Net Banking (Major Indian banks supported)
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on select orders and locations.
- EMI Options – Available on high-value orders via credit card (terms apply).
2. Payment Security
- All transactions are processed through RBI-compliant and PCI-DSS certified gateways.
- We do not store card or UPI credentials on our servers.
3. Refunds
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Return only allows for 7 days of delivery.
- For COD returns, refunds are issued to your UPI ID or bank account via IMPS/NEFT.
4. Failed Payments
- In case of failed payment but money debited, please allow 48 hours for automatic reversal.
- If not resolved, contact support with your transaction ID.
5. Payment Disputes
- All payment-related queries or disputes must be raised within 15 days of the transaction.
